Sydney, Australia | Sports Flick are proud to announce a multi-year TV rights deal in Australia with the Austrian top flight football competition, the Tipico Bundesliga.
The exclusive rights deal, commencing with the remaining three rounds of the 2020-21 Austrian Bundesliga season, the Championship Round, and the 2021-22 season. The partnership continues Sport Flick’s commitment to football, on the back of the multi-year K-League broadcast deal, and existing UAE Arabian Gulf League broadcasting. The deal was done with the Austrian Bundesliga’s official global media rights distribution partner, Sportradar, the leading global provider of sports entertainment products and services.
Sports Flick will show one marquee match per round of the Austrian Bundesliga for the remainder of the 2020-21 season.
Red Bull Salzburg are the current defending champion, having held the title since the 2013-14 season. The side are currently top of the Tipico Bundesliga, with 43 points, 5 points clear of Rapid Wien.

The acquisition of the Austrian Tipico Bundesliga is the first major European Football acquisition from Sports Flick.
